Process monitoring
In order to ensure the high quality of its products, Gieterij Doesburg’s production process is monitored during several stages and based on different parameters.
This monitoring is carried out using state-of-the art measurement technology:
- spectral analysis
- thermal analysis
- sand processing
- DHS imaging software analysis
If requested, it is possible to carry out additional quality checks:
- MPI (crack detection)
- ultrasonic testing
- 3D scan
